It's purpose is to encourage dialogue about critical thinking, cognitive abilities, consciousness, coping skills, decision making, memory, executive function skills and strategies. It encourages talking about how our brain processes information and behavior. The group will also consider learning types, learning techniques, learning and study skills, logic, organizational skills, problem solving, psychology techniques, research, study skills or strategies, software, books, games or puzzles to improve cognition.
